Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides an at-a-glance overview of fraud activity across the store. It updates in real time as new orders are processed.

Revenue protected

The banner at the top of the Dashboard displays the total value of orders that Fraud Guard has flagged, held, or cancelled. This represents revenue that could have been lost to fraudulent transactions. Breakdowns are shown for today, this week, and this month.

Activity cards

Four cards summarize recent fraud activity:

  • Flagged Today — Number of orders flagged in the last 24 hours
  • Flagged This Week — Number of orders flagged in the last 7 days
  • Flagged This Month — Number of orders flagged in the last 30 days
  • Total Checked — All-time count of orders processed by Fraud Guard

Rule breakdown

A table showing how many times each fraud rule triggered in the last 30 days:

  • IP/Billing Mismatch — IP country did not match billing country
  • Below Min Amount — Order total was below the minimum threshold
  • Velocity Limit — Too many orders from the same IP in the time window
  • Suspicious Email — Order used a disposable or blocked email address
  • VPN/Proxy — Order originated from a VPN, proxy, or datacenter IP

This breakdown helps identify which types of fraud are most common for the store and whether any rules need adjustment.

Recent flagged orders

A table of the 10 most recent flagged orders, showing the date, order number, IP address, payment method, rules triggered, and action taken. Click any order number to open the order in WooCommerce.

Action badges are color-coded: red for cancelled orders, orange for held orders, and blue for flagged orders.
