These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website refinerywp.com and purchase of products from Refinery, a DBA of Valera Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Refinery,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Services

Refinery develops and sells premium WordPress and WooCommerce plugins. Our products are digital goods delivered electronically via download. Each purchase includes:

A license key to activate the plugin
Access to plugin updates for the duration of your license
Customer support for the duration of your license

License Terms

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your license tier (e.g., 1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites). This license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or share your license key with others
Use a single-site license on multiple websites
Remove or modify copyright notices or license restrictions
Use our plugins to create derivative products for sale
Share, publish, or distribute our plugin files to third parties
Use our plugins on websites that violate applicable laws

License Renewal

Licenses are valid for one year. After expiration, you may continue using the plugin version you have installed, but you will not receive updates or support. To receive continued updates and support, you must renew your license.

License Activation

Plugins must be activated with a valid license key to receive updates. Activation requires an internet connection and transmits your site URL to our servers for validation. You can manage your activations from your account dashboard.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not available:

After 14 days from the date of purchase
For license renewals (you may cancel auto-renewal before it processes)
If your license has been terminated for violation of these Terms

Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and you must remove the plugin from all sites.

Support

Active license holders are entitled to email support for issues related to our plugins. Support includes:

Help with plugin installation and configuration
Bug reports and troubleshooting
Compatibility questions

Support does not include:

Customization or development services
Support for third-party plugins or themes
General WordPress or WooCommerce support
Support for modified or nulled versions of our plugins

Updates

We regularly release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, and maintain compatibility with WordPress and WooCommerce. Updates are available to active license holders through the WordPress admin dashboard.

We recommend keeping plugins updated to the latest version. We are not responsible for issues arising from outdated plugin versions.

Intellectual Property

All plugins, code, documentation, and content are the intellectual property of Valera Enterprises, LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the plugin, not ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.

Our plugins may include open-source components licensed under GPL or other open-source licenses. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments. While we strive for quality and compatibility, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting configuration.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website before installing or updating any plugin.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refinery and Valera Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our plugins.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the plugin and remove it from all sites. No refund will be provided for licenses terminated due to violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
