Best WooCommerce Plugin Suites & Bundles (2026)

Updated August 2026

There’s a point in every WooCommerce store’s growth where buying individual plugins stops making sense. You’re running 8 premium plugins from 6 different developers. Six different license keys, six different renewal dates, six support portals. And your annual plugin spend just crossed $1,000 without anyone noticing.

That’s when most store owners start searching for bundles.

The idea is simple: buy a suite of plugins from one developer, save money, reduce conflicts, and get tools that actually work together. In theory, it’s the smarter play. In practice, not every suite is built for the same store or the same problem.

I’ve spent 12 years building WooCommerce plugins and managing stores. I’ve tested, integrated, and debugged plugins from every major suite on this list. Here’s what each one does well, where each one falls short, and which one fits your store.

How I Evaluated These Suites

Before the breakdown, here’s what I looked at for each suite:

  • Plugin count and quality. More plugins isn’t always better. 5 good plugins beat 20 mediocre ones.
  • Revenue impact. Does the suite help you sell more, retain customers, and grow AOV? Or is it mostly display utilities and admin tools?
  • Pricing model. Can you buy individual plugins, or is it all-or-nothing? What’s the real annual cost?
  • Modularity. Can you add and remove tools without disrupting the rest of your stack?
  • Integration depth. Do the plugins share data, or are they just co-branded separate tools?
  • WooCommerce compatibility. HPOS support, Blocks checkout support, modern codebase.

The 5 Best WooCommerce Plugin Suites in 2026

Here’s the comparison table, then I’ll break each one down.

1. FunnelKit: Best for Funnel Building and Marketing Automation

Price: $129-599/year list, discounted to $99.50-399.50 in year one

Plugin count: 5+ tools bundled into tiers

Best for: Stores where checkout conversion and cart abandonment are the primary problems

FunnelKit is the most complete WooCommerce growth suite on the market. Their checkout builder is excellent. Multi-step or one-page layouts, express payment buttons, A/B testing baked in. If your checkout is leaking conversions, FunnelKit’s optimization tools have years of iteration behind them.

The CRM and automation engine are strong. Contact management, email sequences, SMS follow-ups, abandoned cart recovery with coupon incentives. It’s a real system, not a notification email that fires once and gives up.

Where FunnelKit wins:

  • Checkout optimization is best-in-class for WooCommerce
  • Cart abandonment recovery with email + SMS + coupon automation
  • Built-in CRM with tags, lists, and behavioral triggers
  • Order bumps and upsell funnels at checkout
  • Large user base with extensive documentation

Where it falls short:

  • The pricing jump from $99 (basic funnels) to $399 (CRM + automations) is steep. No middle tier.
  • You can’t buy pieces separately. Need just the CRM? Pay for everything.
  • Every feature loads on your site whether you use it or not. A store using 2 of 8 features carries 6 features of overhead.
  • Vendor lock-in is real. Once their CRM manages your contacts and their automations run your emails, switching costs compound.
  • No loyalty program, no waitlist feature, no gifting. If you need those, you’re adding more plugins from other developers anyway.

Who should buy FunnelKit: Stores doing $50K+/month where checkout conversion rate is the bottleneck. If you need funnel building, cart recovery, and marketing automation in one package and you’ll use most of what it offers, FunnelKit earns its price. Pair it with a side cart plugin for pre-checkout AOV optimization and you’ve covered two stages of the funnel.

2. Kadence, formerly IconicWP: Best for UX Improvements and Display Enhancements

Price: $99-499/year, depending on the Kadence tier that carries the add-ons

Plugin count: 14 plugins

Best for: Stores that need better product display, swatches, quick view, and delivery options

Iconic has been around a long time, and its plugins are well-built and focused on making the shopping experience smoother. Attribute swatches, quick view, delivery slots, product configurators. One thing to know before you shop: iconicwp.com now redirects to Liquid Web, and the plugins are sold as Kadence add-ons rather than a standalone Iconic bundle. The software is the same. The company you buy it from is not.

Where it wins:

  • Attribute swatches are the best in the ecosystem (color, image, label swatches on product pages and shop archives)
  • Quick view keeps shoppers browsing without full page loads
  • Delivery slots plugin is great for stores with physical fulfillment schedules
  • Well-documented, long track record, responsive support
  • The add-ons ride along with a Kadence licence, so a store already on Kadence pays nothing extra

Where it falls short:

  • These are UX utilities, not revenue tools. No CRM, no loyalty program, no recommendation engine, no waitlist, no analytics.
  • Getting the full set means a Kadence Pro or Elite licence at $299 or $499/year, which is close to what a revenue-focused suite costs.
  • No data integration between plugins. Swatches don’t feed into analytics because there’s no analytics tool. Quick view doesn’t connect to a recommendation engine because there’s no recommendation engine.
  • Limited tools for conversion rate optimization. Making the store look better is not the same as making it sell more.

Who should buy it: Stores where the primary problem is UX friction. Ugly variation selectors, no quick view, no delivery date selection. If your store looks dated and the shopping experience feels clunky, these plugins solve that. But don’t expect them to move revenue metrics directly. It’s a display suite, not a growth suite. If you’re already on Kadence, the maths is much better than it looks.

3. Barn2: Best for B2B Product Displays and Wholesale

Price: Individual plugins $49-129/year, bundles available

Plugin count: 19+ plugins

Best for: B2B stores, wholesale operations, and stores with large catalogs

Barn2 has the largest plugin count on this list. Their WooCommerce Product Table plugin is a category leader for stores that need spreadsheet-style product displays. If you sell 500+ SKUs and your customers want to browse a table, add quantities, and bulk-order from one page, Barn2 does that better than anyone.

Where Barn2 wins:

  • WooCommerce Product Table is the standard for B2B-style catalog browsing
  • Quick View Pro is solid
  • Document Library Pro is useful for stores distributing PDFs, documentation, or downloadable content
  • Good range of filtering and display plugins
  • Supports bulk ordering workflows that other suites ignore

Where it falls short:

  • B2B and display focus. Not built for DTC ecommerce growth.
  • No CRM, no loyalty program, no recommendation engine, no waitlist, no gifting, no analytics.
  • 19 plugins sounds impressive until you realize most are display and filtering tools. Quantity matters less than capability.
  • If your store sells to consumers (not wholesale buyers), most of Barn2’s catalog is irrelevant.
  • Plugin integration between tools is limited. They share a developer, not a data layer.

Who should buy Barn2: B2B and wholesale WooCommerce stores. If your buyers need product tables, bulk order forms, and filterable catalogs, Barn2 is purpose-built for that workflow. For DTC stores focused on growing AOV and customer retention, look elsewhere.

4. AutomateWoo: Best for Marketing Automation on a Budget

Price: $159/year + add-ons

Plugin count: 1 core plugin + optional add-ons (Refer A Friend, Birthdays, etc.)

Best for: Stores that need email automation, follow-ups, and win-back campaigns without paying for a full CRM

AutomateWoo is owned by Automattic (the company behind WooCommerce). It’s a workflow automation engine. You build triggers and actions: “When a customer abandons their cart, send this email after 2 hours.” “When someone buys from Category X, add them to this email list.” “When a subscription renewal fails, send a dunning sequence.”

At $159/year, it’s still the most affordable automation tool on this list.

Where AutomateWoo wins:

  • 190+ triggers for building custom workflows
  • $159/year is the lowest entry price for WooCommerce marketing automation
  • Owned by Automattic, so WooCommerce compatibility is guaranteed
  • Points and rewards via add-on (Refer A Friend, Birthday Emails)
  • Subscription integration for stores running WooCommerce Subscriptions

Where it falls short:

  • It’s an automation engine, not a growth suite. No CRM, no waitlist, no gifting, no recommendation engine, no analytics dashboard.
  • The interface is technical. Building workflows requires understanding triggers, rules, and actions. Not beginner-friendly.
  • Owned by Automattic, which means updates follow corporate release cycles. Not the fastest iteration speed.
  • Add-ons are separate purchases. Points and rewards, birthday emails, and referrals each cost extra.
  • No built-in reporting on workflow performance. You know the email sent, but measuring its revenue impact requires additional tools.

Who should buy AutomateWoo: Budget-conscious stores that need email automation and workflow triggers. If you already have a CRM (FluentCRM, Kit, Klaviyo) and just need WooCommerce-specific automations layered on top, AutomateWoo at $159/year is hard to beat on price. It won’t replace a full growth stack, but it’s a solid piece of one.

5. RefineryWP: Best for Modular WooCommerce Revenue Growth

Price: $49-199/year per plugin, $399/year All Access Pass

Plugin count: 12 plugins

Best for: Stores that want revenue-focused tools without paying a suite tax for features they won’t use

Full disclosure: I built RefineryWP. I’m going to be transparent about what it does well and where it’s still catching up.

RefineryWP is 12 plugins designed around one question: does this tool help the store make more money? Every plugin in the suite has a direct line to revenue growth, customer retention, or operational efficiency. No display utilities. No admin-only tools. No “nice to have” extras.

The suite includes:

Where RefineryWP wins:

  • True modular pricing. Buy 1 plugin for $49. Buy 3 for $150. Or grab the All Access for $399. You pick the combination.
  • Every plugin is revenue-focused. CRM feeds loyalty offers. Waitlist captures lost demand. Recommendations increase AOV. Analytics measures the impact of every other tool.
  • Shared data layer. CRM segments are available to Points and Rewards. Waitlist conversions show up in Analytics. Gift recipients flow into CRM automatically. The plugins aren’t just co-branded. They share context.
  • Modern codebase. React admin UIs, HPOS compatible, WooCommerce Blocks support.
  • Free versions of key plugins on WordPress.org (Points and Rewards, Waitlist) so you can test before buying.

Where RefineryWP falls short:

  • New to market. FunnelKit, Iconic, and Barn2 have years of community documentation, tutorials, and third-party integrations that RefineryWP hasn’t built yet.
  • No checkout builder. If checkout optimization is your primary need, FunnelKit covers that better.
  • No marketing automation engine. You’ll still need Kit, Klaviyo, or AutomateWoo for email sequences and workflow triggers.
  • Smaller user base. Fewer community reviews, fewer YouTube walkthroughs.

Who should buy RefineryWP: WooCommerce stores doing $10K+/month that want growth tools (CRM, loyalty, waitlist, gifting, recommendations) without committing to a $399-599 all-or-nothing suite. If you know you need 2 or 3 specific plugins, the modular pricing means you pay for what you use. If you want the full stack, the All Access Pass at $399/year covers all 12 plugins. That’s less than most stores spend buying the same capabilities piecemeal from 8 different developers.

Best For: Quick Decision Guide

Best for funnel building and automation: FunnelKit. If your checkout conversion rate is the bottleneck and you need cart abandonment recovery plus email automation, FunnelKit is the strongest option. Budget $249.50/year minimum for the features that matter, renewing at $399.

Best for store UX and display: the Kadence add-ons, formerly IconicWP. If your product pages look outdated and customers need better browsing (swatches, quick view, delivery slots), these plugins fix the experience. Pair it with revenue tools from another suite.

Best for B2B and wholesale: Barn2. If your customers browse catalogs, order in bulk, and need table-style product displays, Barn2 built their entire suite for that use case.

Best for budget automation: AutomateWoo. $99/year for WooCommerce workflow automation. If you already have a CRM and email platform and just need triggers and actions inside WooCommerce, it’s the most affordable option.

Best modular growth stack: RefineryWP All Access Pass. If you want revenue-focused tools (CRM, loyalty, waitlist, gifting, recommendations, analytics) and you want to pick the exact combination your store needs, Refinery’s modular pricing gives you that flexibility. $399/year for all 12 plugins, or as low as $49 for one.

Can You Mix Suites?

Yes. And honestly, most stores should.

These suites don’t compete on every feature. They overlap in some areas and fill different gaps. A store running FunnelKit for checkout optimization and RefineryWP for CRM, loyalty, and waitlist is a strong combination. A store using Barn2 for product tables and RefineryWP for customer retention tools makes sense if you’re selling B2B and DTC.

The point of a suite isn’t to lock yourself into one vendor for everything. It’s to reduce plugin fragmentation where it matters most. Buy suites for the problems they solve best. Fill gaps from other developers where needed.

The worst approach is 12 individual plugins from 12 individual developers with 12 license portals and zero data integration. That’s not a stack. That’s a mess. Any suite on this list is a step up from that.

What to Look for Before You Buy

Before committing to any suite, run through this checklist:

  1. Count what you’ll actually use. A 14-plugin suite is a bad deal if you only need 3 of them. Do the math on individual vs. bundle pricing.
  2. Check HPOS compatibility. WooCommerce is moving to High-Performance Order Storage. If a plugin doesn’t support it, you’ll hit problems during migration.
  3. Test on staging first. Every suite says their plugins “work with any theme.” Test that claim before going live.
  4. Evaluate data integration. Do the plugins actually share data? Or are they separate tools sold under one brand? A CRM that can’t see loyalty data isn’t integrated. It’s just co-located.
  5. Factor in your site operations overhead. More plugins means more updates, more potential conflicts, more testing. A well-integrated suite should reduce that burden, not increase it.
  6. Read the renewal terms. Some suites auto-renew at a higher price after year one. Others lock in the same rate. Check before you buy.

The Bottom Line

The WooCommerce plugin suite market in 2026 breaks into clear lanes. FunnelKit owns funnel building and automation. The Iconic plugins, now sold under Kadence, own UX and display. Barn2 owns B2B product tables. AutomateWoo covers budget automation. RefineryWP covers modular revenue growth.

No single suite does everything. The best approach is to pick the suite that covers your biggest gap, then fill remaining needs from other developers or other suites.

If your biggest problem is checkout conversion, start with FunnelKit. If it’s customer retention and growth tooling, start with RefineryWP. If it’s product display and UX, start with the Kadence add-ons.

The one thing you shouldn’t do: keep buying individual plugins one problem at a time from a dozen different developers. Every store hits the point where that approach costs more money, more time, and more headaches than a suite. If you’re reading this article, you’ve probably already hit it.

Pick a lane. Pick a suite. Build a stack that works as a system.
