Installation
Upload the plugin via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin, or install directly from your Refinery account.
Once activated, navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Waitlist to configure your settings.
Basic Configuration
The default settings work for most stores. Here are the key options:
- Enable Waitlist — Automatically adds a waitlist form to out-of-stock products.
- Email Notifications — Choose whether to send back-in-stock emails automatically or manually.
- Coming Soon Mode — Enable per-product to show a Coming Soon badge instead of pricing.
How It Works
When a product goes out of stock, the Add to Cart button is replaced with a waitlist signup form. Customers enter their email and receive a notification when the product is restocked.
You can view all subscriptions under WooCommerce → Waitlist in the admin.
