How It Works

When a product goes out of stock, the Add to Cart button is replaced with a waitlist signup form. Customers enter their email and they're subscribed. When you restock the product (manually or via inventory sync), Waitlist automatically sends a notification email with a direct link to purchase. For Coming Soon products, enable Coming Soon mode in the product editor and customers can join the waitlist before launch.

Use Case: Physical Product Restocks

Your best-selling product sells out. Instead of losing those customers to a competitor, they join the waitlist. You restock 2 weeks later. Waitlist sends a back-in-stock email to every subscriber with a direct purchase link. You convert demand you would have otherwise lost.

Use Case: Pre-Launch Product Validation

You're considering a new product line but aren't sure about demand. Set the product to Coming Soon mode and promote it on your site and social channels. Track how many people join the waitlist. If you get 500 signups in a week, you've got real demand data. If you get 5, you've saved yourself from a bad inventory decision.
